Job Summary
Sanford Health is seeking a dedicated Advanced Practice Provider (APP), specifically a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, to join our team in East Grand Forks, Minnesota. This role involves delivering high-quality healthcare, working directly with patients in an onsite setting, and participates actively in outreach activities.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients and interpret various medical tests and pathology reports.
- Formulate and implement comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Prescribe medications as needed to support patient care.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient management and care.
Qualifications
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse and Nurse Practitioner (or Physician Assistant) in the state of Minnesota.
- Previous experience in a healthcare environment, preferably in a rural health setting.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with patients and collaborate with colleagues.
