Job Summary
We are looking for dedicated individuals to fill the roles of Assembler and Machine Operator at a local manufacturing facility in Germantown, Wisconsin. This contract position requires expertise in production processes and offers a dynamic work environment.
Responsibilities
- Execute assembling tasks with precision and efficiency.
- Operate machines and equipment in adherence to safety protocols.
- Maintain product quality by following standard operating procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance production workflow.
- Report any issues with machinery or processes to supervisors.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a production role is essential.
- Ability to work flexible hours between 7:30 AM to 9:00 PM.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Dependable and punctual to ensure consistent production operations.
