Job Summary
The Assembly Technician plays a crucial role in assembling machines by compiling various sub-components in accordance with blueprints and specifications outlined in shop packets. This position is vital to ensuring the machines are constructed accurately and functionally.
Responsibilities
- Assemble machines by putting together sub-components based on blueprints and specifications.
- Ensure proper fit, alignment, and quality of components during assembly.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment throughout the assembly process.
Qualifications
- Strong mechanical aptitude with a proven ability to understand and follow technical instructions and blueprints.
- Physical capability to lift loads of up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Ability to perform various tasks including standing, kneeling, and crouching for extended periods during shifts.
