The Charge Nurse will direct care teams, administer medications, and implement resident care plans in compliance with company policies. They are also responsible for documenting resident care, transcribing physician orders, and educating support staff on nursing procedures. Candidates must be a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in good standing. The role requires excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills, along with the ability to organize workflows and respond efficiently to emergencies.
