Job description
The Assistant General Counsel will offer legal advice on various labor and employment issues, encompassing discrimination cases, wage and hour conflicts, and adherence to regulatory standards. This role includes representing the organization in court and overseeing external legal counsel to minimize legal exposure. Applicants should possess a minimum of 10 years of legal experience and have obtained a JD or LLB from a recognized law institution. A deep understanding of labor and employment law, coupled with excellent analytical and communication abilities, is essential.
