**Assistant General Manager**
The Assistant General Manager manages the everyday operations of retail, rental, and repair services at various resort locations to achieve guest satisfaction and financial objectives. Key duties involve recruiting and training personnel, overseeing inventory control, and executing marketing and merchandising plans. Applicants should hold a university degree and have previous experience in ski shop or retail management. Essential skills include proficiency in Microsoft Office and point of sale systems, along with the capability to lift up to 75 lbs.
