Job description
The Assistant Maintenance Supervisor aids the Service Manager in supervising day-to-day maintenance activities, leading the team, and ensuring the property is well-maintained. Responsibilities include handling service requests, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety regulations. Ideal candidates should possess 3-5 years of experience in property maintenance, including a minimum of one year in a leadership position. A solid understanding of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems is essential, as well as strong organizational abilities and experience with maintenance management software.
