**Job Title: Assistant Maintenance Supervisor**
The Assistant Maintenance Supervisor plays a key role in managing the maintenance operations of an apartment community, performing hands-on technical work to guarantee that the buildings and surrounding areas adhere to safety and operational standards. This position involves providing guidance to the maintenance team, evaluating their performance, and participating in an on-call emergency services rotation. Applicants should possess a minimum of two years of practical experience in apartment maintenance, with skills in plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and carpentry. A valid driver’s license is necessary, along with the capability to lift weights of up to 50 pounds.
