The Assistant Restaurant General Manager plays a vital role in aiding the Restaurant General Manager with the daily functions of the restaurant, which includes supervising staff training, managing inventory, and creating schedules. This position is key to upholding excellent customer service and adhering to brand and safety standards. Ideal candidates should have robust leadership abilities and hold a ServSafe certification. Additionally, a valid driver’s license and dependable transportation are mandatory, along with a good command of Microsoft Office and fundamental computer skills.
