**Assistant Manager**
The Assistant Manager plays a key role in assisting the General Manager with the daily operations of the store, guiding the team, and upholding exceptional standards of animal care and customer service. This position entails driving sales performance, overseeing inventory management, and cultivating a supportive and inclusive team culture. Applicants should possess a minimum of 2 years in the retail sector, with experience in supervisory or managerial positions. Essential qualifications include strong leadership capabilities, effective communication and problem-solving skills, as well as proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office applications.
