Job description
The Assistant Manager plays a key role in overseeing shifts, ensuring high standards of quality and safety, and delivering outstanding customer service. This position also entails managing cash reconciliations and facilitating training for newly hired employees as well as those being promoted. Applicants should have previous leadership experience and hold a valid food handlers license. The job requires the physical capacity to remain standing for extended periods and lift items weighing up to 50 lbs.
