Job description
The Assistant Manager plays a key role in overseeing shifts, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards, and delivering outstanding customer service. This position also involves managing cash reconciliations and facilitating training for new employees and those being promoted. Candidates must have prior leadership experience and the physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on their feet for extended durations. There are no formal educational prerequisites for this role.
