**Job Title: Assistant Manager**
The Assistant Manager plays a crucial role in the daily operations of the store, focusing on customer service excellence, leading the team, and overseeing inventory management. Additionally, they ensure that the store is kept clean, secure, and adheres to all corporate guidelines. Ideal candidates will possess prior retail management experience and be physically capable of handling tasks that include lifting weights of up to 55 lbs. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities are vital for success in this position.
