Job description
**Technician Team Lead**
The Technician Team Lead will offer strategic guidance for everyday technical operations while collaborating with management to promote hospital expansion. This role includes onboarding, mentoring, and enhancing the skills of the veterinary team, all while maintaining exceptional standards of patient care and client service. Applicants must possess a valid NYS Veterinary Technician license and have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a team leadership position. Candidates should be skilled in anesthetic procedures, with a preference for those who have a keen interest in exotic or holistic medicine.
