**Job Title: Assistant Manager**
The Assistant Manager plays a key role in overseeing daily operations at the store, which encompasses customer service, restocking merchandise, and upholding cleanliness standards. This position also involves partnering with the Store Manager to mentor, train, and enhance the skills of store associates, while ensuring that all company policies and safety regulations are adhered to. Ideal candidates should possess experience in retail management and be capable of handling physical demands, such as lifting items weighing up to 55 lbs. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities are essential, along with a high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
