The Facility Administrator oversees the overall functioning and effectiveness of an outpatient clinic, focusing on financial planning and vendor management. This role involves guiding, mentoring, and motivating a diverse clinical team to deliver exceptional patient care and adhere to compliance standards. Applicants should possess a minimum of one year of management experience in healthcare, business, or military environments. An associate degree is preferred, with a strong preference for a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
