Job description
The Assistant Manager II plays a key role in managing the store’s daily operations, focusing on customer service, inventory control, and maintenance of the facility. This position also involves supporting the Store Manager in the training, supervision, and development of store staff to uphold company standards. Ideal candidates will possess experience in retail management and be capable of handling physical duties, including lifting items weighing up to 55 lbs. Essential skills include strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities, along with a high school diploma or its equivalent.
