**Job Title: Assistant Manager II**
The Assistant Manager II plays a key role in overseeing store operations, which encompass customer service, team leadership, and merchandise oversight. This position is tasked with upholding store quality standards, safeguarding company resources, and ensuring adherence to all corporate policies and safety protocols. Ideal candidates will possess prior experience in retail management and should be capable of handling physical duties, including lifting items weighing up to 55 lbs. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities are essential, along with a high school diploma or its equivalent.
