**Assistant Manager**
The Assistant Manager is responsible for managing the daily functions of the restaurant, which encompasses upkeep of the facilities, ensuring adherence to food safety regulations, and overseeing inventory control. This role also involves guiding the team to boost sales, handling financial reports, and supporting recruitment efforts. Applicants should possess a minimum of one year of management experience in the restaurant industry, with a background in budgeting, P&L analysis, and staff supervision. The position demands availability for flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as well as the ability to carry out physical duties.
