**Nursing Supervisor**
The Nursing Supervisor oversees the day-to-day activities of the Ambulatory Orthopedics Clinics, leading clinical personnel and ensuring exceptional patient care standards. This role involves working closely with the Clinic Manager to enhance strategic planning, quality assurance, and the assessment of staff performance to improve clinic operations. Applicants must possess a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a valid nursing license in Iowa. The position demands one to three years of advanced leadership experience along with excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
