**Job Title: Epic Application Support Team Lead**
Take on the role of team leader for Epic application support by managing both the client-facing and offshore support teams. You will supervise daily activities and serve as the main leadership contact for escalating issues raised by the offshore support personnel. A minimum of 3 years in Epic application support as a certified analyst is required. Candidates must possess Epic certification in one or more modules such as Cadence, Prelude, Grand Central, Referral, or Welcome.
