**Operations Manager**
The Operations Manager is responsible for the daily operational functions and provides guidance to both supervisors and team members in the office. This position serves as an essential connection between executive leadership, health plan partners, and healthcare providers to enhance performance and guarantee adherence to regulatory requirements. Ideal candidates will possess a minimum of 5 years’ experience in healthcare operations, with 2-3 years in a leadership role. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline is advantageous, as well as comprehensive knowledge of healthcare regulations and managed care systems.
