Job description
**Assistant Property Manager**
The Assistant Property Manager is responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of the Camp Chi/Perlstein facility, including overseeing repairs and grounds maintenance while managing the maintenance team. This role ensures that the facility is safe, oversees relationships with vendors, and offers leadership support when the Director of Facilities is unavailable. Applicants should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in property management or maintenance, with proficiency in carpentry, plumbing, and electrical tasks. A high school diploma is necessary, and candidates must be able to engage in heavy physical labor and work in diverse weather conditions.
