**Job Title: Case Manager**
Case Managers collaborate within a multi-disciplinary team to execute client-centered care and safety strategies while providing counseling and ensuring crisis stabilization. Responsibilities include the management of clinical documentation, fostering a safe therapeutic environment, and coordinating services with both internal and external care teams. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in a pertinent behavioral science field or have one year of relevant paid experience. Additionally, applicants must secure a Registered Agency Affiliated Counselor credential and hold a valid driver’s license.
