The Retail Banker plays a vital role in meeting sales objectives by promoting the bank’s products and services while ensuring outstanding customer service. This position also involves managing everyday branch functions, such as transaction processing, account upkeep, and vault reconciliation. Applicants should possess a minimum of a high school diploma, along with either three years of pertinent experience, an associate degree coupled with one year of experience, or a bachelor’s degree. The job demands a friendly and engaging demeanor, as well as the capability to perform physical duties, including standing for extended periods and lifting items weighing up to 30 lbs.
