Job description
The Assistant Women’s Basketball Coach plays a vital role in aiding the head coach with all facets of the basketball program. This includes responsibilities such as coaching, conducting training sessions, and recruiting future student-athletes. The position also requires guiding student-athletes towards academic achievement and supporting administrative tasks like managing the budget and overseeing game operations. Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of three years of experience in playing or coaching basketball. A master’s degree and previous experience in recruiting student-athletes are highly desirable.
