Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Must hold a DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
- Possess a valid state license to practice dentistry.

- Current certification in BLS or CPR is mandatory.
- Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination must be provided.
