Job description
The Associate Director is responsible for guiding strategy development that is grounded in insights for designated brands, making sure it aligns with both client goals and consumer requirements. This role involves collaborating with various teams to craft omnichannel engagement plans and providing mentorship to junior members, aimed at achieving quantifiable results. Ideal candidates should possess 6 to 8+ years of experience in customer experience, brand strategy, or media strategy, ideally in a pharmaceutical agency context. A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a similar discipline is mandatory.
