Job description
**Job Title: Associate – Restructuring Engagements**
The associate will engage in various facets of restructuring projects, covering financial modeling, valuation assessments, and analyses related to bankruptcy. They will collaborate with team members to deliver effective solutions for clients, which may include debtors, creditors, and trustees across multiple sectors. Applicants should possess 1 to 3 years of experience in corporate restructuring, investment banking, or finance, complemented by a solid academic background. Competence in Excel and PowerPoint is essential, and holding professional certifications such as CPA or CFA is considered advantageous.
