**Job Title: AVP of Quality**
The AVP of Quality is responsible for the management of the quality strategy within the health system, ensuring that strategic objectives are effectively converted into operational plans for hospitals and outpatient facilities. This position collaborates closely with clinical and physician leaders to standardize care pathways, enhance patient outcomes, and advance value-based care initiatives. Ideal candidates should hold a Master’s degree in a relevant healthcare discipline and have a minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in performance improvement and data analytics. Additionally, it is mandatory to have a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) certification or a Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt certification upon hiring.
