**Job Title: Maintenance Team Lead**
Take charge of a team of maintenance technicians, guiding them in diagnosing and fixing intricate mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. Oversee preventive maintenance efforts and guarantee that all tasks are executed safely and efficiently to enhance equipment availability. Applicants should hold a high school diploma or equivalent and have a minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory position. Strong troubleshooting abilities and proficiency in interpreting technical diagrams and manuals are essential for candidates.
