**Job Title: Lead Engineer**
The Lead Engineer is responsible for guiding strategic initiatives related to substation equipment, focusing on both reliability and cost-efficiency through effective design assistance and equipment specifications. This role also entails leading technical teams, managing relationships with vendors, and supervising the testing and procurement of equipment. Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an ABET-accredited institution and hold a Professional Engineer (PE) license. A minimum of eight years of relevant engineering experience is necessary, with ten or more years in the utility sector being highly preferred.
