Job description
The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will lead clinical initiatives by performing evaluations, creating personalized behavior intervention strategies, and overseeing the work of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Case Managers. This role includes ensuring the delivery of high-quality care, providing mentorship to staff, and upholding standards of quality assurance. Applicants should possess a Master’s or doctoral degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or a closely related discipline. A current BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board is mandatory, as is demonstrated experience in the field of behavior analysis and intervention.
