Job Summary
This position is focused on delivering exceptional customer service by handling banking transactions and recommending suitable financial products to fulfill customer requirements. The representative will also engage in various banking center operations, ensuring proper cash management, adherence to compliance standards, and supporting sales objectives.
Responsibilities
- Process bank transactions efficiently while maintaining high customer service standards.
- Advise customers on financial products that align with their needs.
- Assist in the daily operations of the banking center, including cash balancing.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.
- Support sales initiatives to achieve the banking center’s goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- A minimum of one year experience in sales or banking preferred.
- Capability to fulfill S.A.F.E. Act registration requirements.
- Able to become a Notary Public.
