Job description
The Beauty Flex Associate plays a key role in boosting sales by delivering outstanding customer service, building client relationships, and implementing promotional activities. Additionally, this position involves upholding the presentation standards of the store, handling inventory management, and supporting various operational tasks as directed by management. Ideal candidates will possess strong communication abilities and be willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends. Previous experience in retail is advantageous, and the role demands physical capabilities such as lifting weights up to 50 pounds and maneuvering stock carts.
