**Front End Team Leader**
The Front End Team Leader is responsible for managing daily operations on the front end, which encompasses associate performance, customer service excellence, and overall store upkeep. This role also involves developing team members, handling scheduling and payroll, and ensuring adherence to safety and asset protection guidelines. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or equivalent and have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role within a retail setting. Flexibility in scheduling for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required, alongside the physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds.
