Job description
The Regional Director of Finance is responsible for managing the policies related to business operations, billing, and collections for a network of skilled nursing facilities. This position entails conducting audits of financial systems, providing staff training, and guaranteeing adherence to regulatory standards. Applicants should possess a minimum of five years of experience in nursing home billing, along with a comprehensive knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and managed care systems. Prior supervisory experience and expertise in computer software and spreadsheets are essential for this role.
