**Job Title: Behavior Intervention Specialist**
In this role, you will execute tailored behavior intervention strategies for children diagnosed with autism, in collaboration with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Your responsibilities will include instructing on communication, social interaction, and daily living skills, alongside effectively addressing challenging behaviors. Applicants must be at least 18 years old and possess either a high school diploma or GED. This position necessitates the physical capability to lift weights up to 50 pounds and the ability to clear a background check while acquiring any required certifications.
