Job description
As a Behavior Technician, you will engage directly with children diagnosed with autism to carry out tailored behavior intervention strategies developed in collaboration with a BCBA. Your responsibilities will involve instructing children in communication and social skills while applying research-based methods to minimize disruptive behaviors. Applicants must be 18 years of age or older, possess a high school diploma or GED, and successfully clear a background screening. Additionally, candidates must be physically capable of performing tasks that include lifting up to 50 pounds and acquiring essential certifications such as CPR and First Aid.
