The Monitor Technician plays a crucial role in overseeing telemetry monitoring, which involves interpreting and documenting rhythm strips. This position entails ensuring that monitoring equipment operates effectively according to hospital protocols. Applicants are required to possess a high school diploma or its equivalent and must have completed a course in EKG or passed a rhythm interpretation examination. Additionally, candidates should have at least one year of experience in EKG or rhythm interpretation.
