**Behavioral Health Case Manager**
The Behavioral Health Case Manager is responsible for conducting both telephonic and face-to-face assessments to determine the needs of members and formulate appropriate care plans. They oversee the implementation and progress of these care plans and work in partnership with various internal and external stakeholders to guarantee high-quality, cost-effective care. Applicants must possess a Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or a similar behavioral health discipline, or a nursing degree. Additionally, a minimum of 3 years of clinical experience and a current, unrestricted professional license in Virginia are mandatory.
