**Personal Banker**
The role of the Personal Banker involves delivering outstanding customer service, facilitating financial transactions, and overseeing cash operations. This position requires proactive engagement in sales activities, cross-selling banking products, and identifying potential leads to achieve monthly production targets. Applicants should be a minimum of 18 years old, possess a high school diploma or equivalent, and demonstrate proficiency in both English and Spanish. While prior experience in retail or customer service is advantageous, candidates must also be willing to work a flexible schedule that includes weekends and holidays.
