Job description
The Retail Banker plays a vital role in meeting personal sales targets through the promotion of banking products while ensuring exceptional customer service. This position also involves managing everyday branch functions such as processing transactions, maintaining accounts, and balancing the vault. Applicants should possess a minimum of 3 years in sales or customer service, or hold an Associate’s degree with at least 1 year of experience, or a Bachelor’s degree. Proficiency in both English and Spanish is essential for this position.
