Job description
**Job Title: Training Specialist**
The Training Specialist will design and implement training initiatives, generate instructional resources, and create training videos tailored for employees. They will also evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, assist ERP system users, and manage the performance reviews of suppliers. Ideal candidates should possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in training, ideally within a manufacturing environment, and must be fully bilingual in English and Spanish. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite is essential, and candidates should have the capability to learn video editing software.
