**Leasing Manager**
The Leasing Manager plays a pivotal role in guiding the leasing team, orchestrating marketing initiatives, and fostering positive relationships with residents. This position involves overseeing daily leasing activities such as property tours, application processing, lease renewals, and the upkeep of property management software. Ideal candidates will possess a bachelor’s degree or comparable experience, with a strong preference for those who have four years of leasing experience and two years in a leadership capacity. Proficient use of Microsoft Office and property management software is essential, and candidates must be willing to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
