In this role, you will engage with potential clients seeking insurance solutions and assist them in navigating their choices through a structured sales approach. You will also take part in continuous training and skill enhancement to improve your sales and communication abilities. Previous experience in insurance or sales is not necessary, as extensive training will be offered. A commitment to learning, receptiveness to coaching, and acquiring the necessary insurance license prior to conducting business is essential.
