**Operations Manager**
The Operations Manager will be at the forefront of our dental practice, responsible for supervising everyday operations, managing the revenue cycle, and ensuring financial success. This role involves recruiting, training, and nurturing staff while implementing strategies aimed at improving patient satisfaction and fostering practice expansion. Applicants should possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in a dental office management or healthcare leadership position. The role necessitates a commitment to working on-site five days a week and demonstrates expertise in revenue cycle management and team performance oversight.
