Job Summary
The Breast Imaging Radiologist is responsible for providing exceptional patient care through the interpretation of mammograms and other breast imaging modalities, as well as performing interventional procedures related to breast health. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to women’s health and a passion for delivering superior imaging services.
Responsibilities
- Conduct high-quality interpretations of breast imaging studies.
- Perform diagnostic and interventional breast procedures.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
- Guide and educate patients regarding imaging procedures and results.
- Maintain accurate documentation and adherence to safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Board certification in Radiology.
- Completion of a fellowship in Breast Imaging or equivalent experience.
- Proficient in digital mammography, ultrasound, and MRI as it pertains to breast imaging.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to continuing education and staying current with advancements in breast imaging.
