Job description
Job Summary
The Business Analyst – SAP is responsible for analyzing business needs and developing solutions to enhance operational efficiency using SAP systems. This role will collaborate with various stakeholders to gather requirements, assess current processes, and recommend improvements.
Responsibilities
- Engage with stakeholders to identify and document their business requirements.
- Analyze existing SAP processes to find opportunities for enhancement.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications for system modifications.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather feedback and align project objectives.
- Support testing and implementation phases to ensure solutions meet business expectations.
- Monitor system performance and propose adjustments as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with SAP expertise.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
