The Business Solutions Representative serves as a key link between the agency and businesses, offering HR services and assistance with employee recruitment. This role also involves collaboration with economic and educational organizations to ensure that workforce development initiatives are aligned with the requirements of the community. Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Social Services, Public Administration, or a similar discipline. Furthermore, a background of two to four years in leadership roles within business or workforce administration is essential.
